Shipping Fee & Time

Our shipping policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly, catering to various regions across the United States. Below are two tables detailing our shipping fees: one for retail, and another for wholesale.

Flat Fee for Shipping:

• Both Retail and Wholesale Customers: Orders that do not meet the free shipping thresholds will incur a flat shipping fee.

Additional Information:

• Free shipping will be automatically applied during checkout for orders that meet the specified thresholds.

• Orders that fall below the free shipping thresholds will have a flat shipping fee added to their total order cost.

• All delivery locations outside of the United States are not supported

Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take 3-4 working days days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship on weekends.

 

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above due to force majeure events or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, transportation disruptions, public holidays, peak shopping seasons, or carrier delays.

 

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During holidays or promotional periods, additional processing and delivery delays may occur.

 

If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
