How to Customize Your Mahjong Mat
Personalize your mahjong mat with your own artwork — here's how it works:
Step 1: Upload Your Design
Submit a high-resolution, square (1:1 ratio) image of your completed artwork.
⚠️ Please note: We do not offer design services. Your uploaded file will be used as-is to produce a product mockup. If you need minor text edits only, please contact us after placing your order — otherwise, we'll proceed directly with your submitted design.
Step 2: Mockup Review & Approval (within 2 business days)
Within 2 business days, we'll create a product mockup and send it to your email for review. Production begins only after we receive your written approval — so please check your inbox and respond promptly.
Step 3: Production & Fulfillment (5 business days + shipping)
Once approved, production and packaging takes 5 business days before your order ships to Modern Mahjong Set. Standard shipping timelines apply after that.
⏱ A Note on Turnaround Time
Back-and-forth communication before production can extend your order timeline. To avoid delays, we strongly recommend uploading your final, print-ready design from the start.

All customized products are final sale. Because each item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds on custom
⚠️ Content Policy
We reserve the right to decline any order containing artwork that includes racist, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive imagery or messaging. This includes but is not limited to content that targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or national origin.
Submissions that violate this policy will not be processed. If an order is cancelled due to a policy violation, a 6% payment processing fee (charged by Shopify Payments, not by us) will be deducted from any refund issued.

Notice: Due to the non-slip rubber backing used on our Mahjong mats, a slight rubber scent may be noticeable when first unpacked. This is a normal characteristic of new rubber materials and is not a quality issue. Simply place the mat in a well-ventilated area for a short period of time, and the scent will naturally fade.
